good tires for great handling - please advise

235/40/18 would rock on the stock rims. Size difference is .82% shorter, so you'd need to go 60.4 MPH to actually be moving 60 MPH, which is totally fine.

Are you sure about that? Thats a fat tire...lol

I just bought 235/40/18 Hankook RS2 Z212's. They were out of Azenis RT615's which were my first choice. From what I've read the Hankook's offer better wet traction and slightly less dry traction.

PS: I'm getting these mounted on 7.5" wide rims.

Actually $153 a tire for that size at Edge Racing. The Azenis are also cheaper ($135 for same size) but they're sold out in most sizes and couldn't say when they'd be back in stock.
