bought new 08 RX-8 today

Well I picked up a 08 RX-8 that had been on lot just sitting. Had a 3500 rebate on it which was nice. Black with black leather and red inserts. Car is straight up sexy

Sticker price went from 31,000 to 26,000, used the rebate as down plus some cash so I thought it worked out pretty good. Took the car out last nite definately gets more looks than the speed3. I fell in love with the way it drives.

your (cool).... he already has a speed3 so I doubt he bought it just for acceleration.

Sorry, I actually ran behind an 07 RX8 last weekend. he had headers and straight exhaust, holy cow did that Rotary sound good. I needed ear plugs by the end of our 3 hour run. He was shooting flams out the back 16 inches at every shift and blipped down shift. I had a hell of a time matching his turn speeds but would catch him in the straights. Anyone have an RX8 shift knob for sale?

Ill post some pics up tomorrow let my roomate borrow my camera for a fishing trip he went on. As far as modding Im just gonna do Intake and exhaust. Suspension is my main focus for this car. Having a fast car in a straight line is cool but cornering is more fun to me. Not to mention I had some girls breaking their necks looking at my black and red interior when I pulled up to dinner last nite at a trendy louge on the eastside. I appreciate the input and look foward to being a member of the rotary community.

youll be surprised how well balanced she is now stock...
no reason to make any changes unless your looking to compliment added power or to compete..
unless of course your plans is for aesthetics only...
