Finally decided it was time to go out and have a good photoshoot.

I live in Lancaster, PA. For those that don't know, it's farmland central. I would've loved to get a few shots with cows in the background .. but I can't exactly drive my car right up to a pasture fence without getting the farmers pretty annoyed. D'oh!

Anyhoo, used a couple different locations. I'm not the best photographer, but I think some of the shots came out pretty nicely.

Comments are welcomed! :)

I was looking for the creepy alien leg coming out of the cornstalks, like in Signs. But I can't find one. darn.

oh, and your car looks nice. what's on your driver's a-pillar?

Edit: Nevermind, I see what it says now.

Wow...The corn is really growing there!

We have had too much rain this year and it killed the crops here...Half that height or less currently....Sucks.

oh you posted more. i like the one next to the barn. Oh so shiny.
another question: what's that green and yellow thingy in your windshield? I've seen it on a few cars. what does it mean?

edit: is that last pic next to an outhouse?

We've actually had very little rain .. I'm surprised the corn is as tall as it is. The grass, though -- it looks awful.

It's a JDM badge -- a soshinoya, IIRC. Just means that I'm a new/rookie driver. Kind of a joke/fad in the import world. ;)

But if you're talkin' about the white building that has the 'IN' written on it .. I'm honestly not sure WHAT that is. That shot, and the one by the red barn, were actually taken at the entrance of a small local park -- I think it's basically former farmland. I think it was some kind of old narrow farm building (it's long but thin, you can't see that in the pic) that they put a sign on to indicate the park's entrance.

BTW.....I don't see no Stinking Cows! (yupnope)

Very nice MSP and great shots. now where are those stinkin cows?!(protest)

lol jk :D
I'm soooooorry, I couldn't find any public roads where cows were close enough! Or at least, where there was enough room for me to pull over and get a few shots without getting hit by oncoming traffic. :p

do you have different tires up front then in back?
Yep. BF Goodrich g-Force KDW up front, Kumho ECSTA MX in the rear.

g-Force tires are deffinatly my favorite and the favorite of all car people, mucles to import. so basically you need to get them all around and you would get like 2 more cool points haha.

Looks great Rush! I like the shots in front of the corn.

Funny enough, I'm at the Wegmans in state college right now. I was going to take some pics of my car off 322 up here but of course its pouring right now :(

It is?! s***, good thing I didn't postpone the photoshoot till later this afternoon -- cause if it's raining up there, that means it'll be raining here in a few hours.

i haven't seen corn like that since my family sold the dairy herd five years ago...
i kinda miss those days
I had a few seconds when I was takin' those shots when I was SO tempted to just drive the car right into the actual cornfield, snap a pic, and then drive away reallyreallyreally fast before the farmer came out of his house up the road!
