Anybody dealt with "FlyingMS6"?

I bought a stock MS6 intake manifold from FlyingMS6 about a month and a half back when he was supposively parting out his engine. I still have not received my manifold. I know other people either posted that they were interested in other parts of the engine and maybe even bought stuff from him, so if you did please let me know if you actually got your stuff. I cannot find the original thread so I guess he deleted it.

He has said that he shipped the part but cannot find the tracking number to prove it. What would be the best course of action here? Filing for a refund from Paypal and let them deal with it? Or should I call the authorities in his town and see if they can help me out?

Any help is appreciated.

How much was the transaction for? Do you have any kind of info, phone #, address, anything that could in fact get you in contact with him?

Hi there. I hate flaming on people, but I too ordered parts from Flying MS6 as a part of that same thread. I bought the fcd and mbc. That was three weeks ago, and he has told me the same thing. No tracking. I also do not know what to do as I am in Canada and I don't have any of his information.

Well I hope the mods are looking into this. And to make sure, I would start howling them to try and make contact as this puts a bad taste in peoples mouthes on this forum regarding this type of issue.

Not trying to damper the mood, but your best bet is to contact your bank or credit card company.
Paypal won't do anything unless it was purchased from ebay, or a store or whatever.

file a claim through paypal and get that setup, if anything it is good evidence for court

My experience with paypal is you can usually recover your funds as long as they can't PROVE they shipped it. if you received an item and they have delivery confirmation then paypal wont take your side. If its been over 3 weeks id file a dispute ASAP. you only have a certain amount of time to recover the money.

Yeah you only have 45 days in which to file a claim with paypal or else your pretty much SOL. If you do file a claim.. make sure when your doing it to mark them as not received yet... and not the other option. That way when its submitted the funds will come directly out of his paypal acct. If you do any other way then it will take at least a month.. maybe 2 to get any word back from paypal. Where as if you do the way I told you.. the money wont be put into his acct until you give the word to.
