DO NOT install the tach signal wire....let the stock ecu control this (this is why you have cam and crank angle still hooked up to the stock ecu....).... apparently there is a risk of blowing your instrument cluster if you try and get the MT running it.
Fuel, you have a choice here - the last car i wired up with a microtech, the decision was made to not put the microtech in charge of the fuel pump. Essentially, if the stock ecu is getting a clear cam and crank position reading, it will start the fuel pump for you. Benefit of this is it leaves the fuel supply control in the hands of the immobiliser. If you wish to put the MT in charge of it, pull out the centre console, theres a bunch of wires that run under the carpet just below it, probe them with a multimeter until you find the power supply for the fuel pump - cut that wire and wire according to the microtech wiring manual (mines not cut, its spliced, dunno why i did that, but it works also).
second sensor - just ground the ground wire anywhere you can...its just a temp sensitive resistor, so giving it a ground completes the circuit and the ecu can then measure resistance and determine water temp (again, last car i did this on used a second sensor - we put the microtech to the second sensor, and left hte stock water temp wiring alone for a cleaner installation).
