So i bought my speed 3 from last year and as most of you might know, there was a recall on the number 4 engine mount. Well i took it to them to get it replaced and they were supposed to replace the bolt with a longer one that is also grade 10 instead of 8. I have the receipts saying it was performed. anyways, i moved to Illinois and took it to the dealer to have some other work done and the tech noticed some tearing on that mount. so he proceeds to take it off and check it closer and he then realizes that its a grade 8 bolt and the mount is almost completely torn. luckily he is a great tech and caught this for me but i recommend you NEVER GO TO PEOPLES MAZDA FOR ANYTHING!!!!

go to courtesy, the one up in GV

I agree, Ive gone to courtesy for all my warranty work and they have been great. You will probably talk to cedrick or paul both of them have fought with my warranty company to get my repairs done for free and provide me with a rental car.

We have had many problems with peoples. Go see Cedric at Courtesy. He is a really good guy. He knows alot of us! Call him ahead of time to schedule an appt. and he will get you a rental.

I've had the opposite experience. Courtesy was fine for the first visit or two, similar to the way many of you describe. Then things went downhill shortly thereafter. They did some stuff during a couple of visits that I found to be really shady... Cedric was cool at first, then, not so much. To the point of me not trusting him at all when I took my car in. Anyhow I go to Peoples now. They're far from perfect, but for me, there's a greater level of honesty and trust there that I no longer have with Courtesy/Cedric. Plus, to me, their operation seems to be more professional/efficient in comparison to Courtesy's... Kind of a lesser of evils thing, I guess...
