Ok, Those are the 2 units that are on the passenger side by the cruise control. Looking at my manual and the IM and hoses, the FS can have the EGR blocked between the IM and EGR. On the ZM it can't.
The FS read off of the IM directly and and the ZE reads off of the passege between the EGR and IM. If you were to block it of on a ZM the pressures would be different and the ECU will throw one.
Now thats not to say on a FS it won't, the sensors could be that sensitve and detect the pressure drop when the EGR opens. If that is the case, then I will be throwing a CEL.
