This one, right?
No special install. I only have one and swap in between cars as needed... The plastic hole covers that hold the cargo cover bar are snap/unsnap and, to be honest, I did not notice them until I got the 2nd car.
Oh, and you'll see there are 2 positions to install it. I guess so the 2nd row seats can recline if needed...

You can do it yourself.
Just pull off one of the snap in covers that are on each side of the rear below the rear windows (about the size of a playing card) the cargo cover is spring loaded, and sets in the hole on both sides.
You will notice that there are two pop-off covers on either side, there are two different positions the cargo cover can be placed in, fore and aft, depending on how you have the third row configured.

You can try one of the vendors on this site, or ebay. I got mine off of ebay for less than half the dealer price. 
FYI, there is no other color available than black. So if you have a tan interior, it might not look so hot. I am hoping that they will come out with a tan one since they now have the tan color interior available on the Mazda5.

Yep. Ordered from mazdastuff.com and it is on its way. Thanks to all who replied...
Cargo cover warranty.
I also ordered the cargo cover not too long ago online, and at the first tug on the cover, it never retracted. To make a long story short, Mazda USA covers all accessories up to 1 yr/ 12k miles, and it can be brought in to any Mazda dealership for repair or replacement.
Just some more info.
