How much does it cost for a rim resurfacing

I slid into a curve during the first snow storm (before the local tire store got my winter tires on, even though they promised they would get them on the day before.. another story). Anyway, how much would it cost to get one of my stock MS3 rims resurfaced? I'm asking because I saw someone has individuals for sale and I want to weigh the costs.

Rim Doctor around here charges 115$ each
You can buy a re-furbished one for 150 plus core.

True, I might be able to get one for that, but then I'd have to pay for mounting and balancing and have to have a spare rim laying around. I think I'll look into rim doctor. Thanks for the help guys.
