I am interested in getting these for my MS3 has anyone here bought and installed these, was it a pain, or was it fairly simple?

Do I need to get someone else to do this for me if I haven't done something like it before? (IE is it cheaper to get it installed then to go out and get tools I would need to do the job?)

its a stock replacement only thing you need should be simple hand tools. only thing is you need to get it painted.

from what i know you dont need to buy both. the bumper comes with the grille already molded in.

the grille is for people with a normal ms3 that want to add it.

it should just bolt up and you would just have to get it painted. so simple replacement.

I had a body kit installed on my stratus r/t. NOTHING FIT! We had to do so much work to just get the damn thing to fit!

My best friend had a body kit on his 350z and it fit like a glove. No modding, no work, simply bolted on, mesh included.

Point is, unless you know someone that has gotten the exact one you want, you aren't going to know. You may be able to install it yourself, but you may have to do some "cut and paste" jobs on it to get it to fit properly.

There have been a few people on this and the other forum, and both of them have said it was a very good fit right out of the box. AutoEXE is known for quality (albiet over priced) parts, i think this one shouldnt be a problem.

Genuine AutoExe will fit perfectly...Just get her proffesionally painted and it will go right on...

it weird that you say over priced because if you have ever put a bad fitting kit on a car, then you know how much WORK and frusteration is involved!

And knowing that you wonder how much you would have paid for it to fit properly and perfectly right out of the box! You would certainly pay a lot more!!!! So what is "over priced"? hahaha you get what you pay for!

its overpriced because it is jdm. most of the pricing is because of shipping costs and import costs. if it was made here in the US it would be a lot cheaper. although the quality may not be as good either....
