I've been keeping track of when Mazda will release an update. First, the MazdaUSA website claims that NAVTEQ does updates. When I queried them late last year, they claimed DENSO Japan did updates. I queried DENSO. Denso responded that Mazda was responsible and so it goes. I've attached the email exchange:
Not much we can do, other than perhaps start a letter-writing campaign and complain, en-masse. If I'd known a year ago what I know now, I'd have made other choices. Wish I could replace the OEM, but I've other priorities for my discretionary cash.
Just a word to people contemplating the CX-7 Tech Package...read these forums and think carefully. (scratch)
