Sub woofer location for the MS3 Bose system?

I think the biggest problem with the stock stuff is that it doesn't seem to have a crossover. there's too much stuff going through the door speakers, and when it's cranked, it gets really muddy. unfortunately, other than ripping everything out and starting over, I don't see a quick fix. I'm content with the stock sound.

If all of ya'll want to keep the OEM head unit but want to change out your speakers, you might want to take a look at this.
I haven't bought one yet, but when I'm ready to do the system I def will be getting this.
