If you're comparing it to the MSP then yes. There are no internal differences whatsoever between the 2.0L used in the turbocharged MSP and the N/A P5. The exhaust positioning is also the same all the way until the end of the midpipe (both cars use the same stock j-pipe and have variations of the same midpipe). The only difference is that the P5 is shorter overall because of the shorter rear bumper (same wheelbase though). The only difference needed between a MSP turboback exhaust and a P5T exhaust would be the length of the axle-back portion of the exhaust. Right now, us P5T guys have three options: custom, modified MSP, or stick with 2.25" N/A stuff.
The Same goes for the 2002.5 & up ES protege as well I believe.
