Then you guys need to get outside more. My dealer does FREE diagnotics scans and will check over my car for free. Maybe you both need to pull your head out of your asses to see that though....or you could take that great advise, climb under your dash with a knife, and start hacking away! Maybe it will start, maybe it will burn to the ground...you guys I guess are the experts, but thats why you have absolutely no connections with Mazda at all other then the fact that you own one that you both know nothing about...
As for tires I'm sponsored, so they were below cost. Also, I'm sponsored by Mazdaspeed and by a local Mazda dealer...****, even my Honda dealer gives me free diagnostics! You guys need to both grow up. For the 3rd time now, I don't care if you can get Motomasters or whatever the hell you think you can for $600, but good for you. I will gladly keep mine and drive on them with no regrets.
I'm done with this argument you both seem to think you'll win. If the original poster wants to hack his wires up to solve the issue that is clearly related to an OEM or Aftermarket module and not just one wire on the car, then so be it...he'll have more issues then when he started though since the OEM module routes through like 20% of the OEM wiring of the car. Aftermarkets are programed, so you need to reprogram them just like OEM. This isn't a hack and slice job and I would know since I was a car audio installer for 3 years and the head electrical installer for BMW for a year.
Take all the advice you want, but only one person in this thread is right...you decide who that is.
