Long Drive

Try not to drive at the same constant speed for too long. Vary it a bit, faster and slower.

Also, pour in a bottle of injector cleaner before your trip... it'll help get rid of all those deposits, if any...

Matt

I thought fuel injector cleaner is NOT recommended for the P5s? It clogs up the gas filter possible or some other explanation?

^Bah! Not a problem.

Oh yeah - just air your tires to spec (on the door sticker). Do not over inflate to 'get better MPG'. It reduces tire life and reduces wet weather traction.

Actually, over inflating tires will help with wet weather traction. The reduced contact patch will increase the contact pressure of the rubber that is making contact with the road which will help to fight hydroplaning. But hyper-inflating the tires will go too far and reduce traction in every condition. So how much to over-inflate? Don't know. Best advice is just to run pressures in the recommended range (you can stray a couple psi with little consequence) and SLOW DOWN in wet weather.

Oh yeah, I lost the lug key for my rims...Any ideas, im guessing i will need this if i get a flat or something like that..Ive tried to Contact ICW with no luck

dealership is a good place, or got to a local tire shop and have them take them off and replace them with regular nuts.
