We have a Willow but wish we hadn't because there are sooo many of them over here and about 7 of them are for sale!

wow. that seems like alot of them for sale. we got in on phase 1 so I don't think too many will be for sale anytime soon . .

I really liked the Ranch's that they have here, but with only 1 full bathroom standard and some (to us) mandatory upgrades with a ranch (vaulted ceilings, finished basement with the 2nd bathroom) it was out of our pricerange.

Our subdivision is finsihed and it seems like everyone is selling already. We were going to but I think we will wait because the market is so bad. The willow was great for us when we bought it, but in three years we have gone from a having one child to having number 3 next month. We got the loft so we are thinking of turning it into a 4th bedroom. But the layout of the house is great and the price was too.
