What have you done to your MSP today?

It's not worth doing all that s*** to this car. Get a Supra or 3rd gen rx7 or something and then we can talk.

it's worth it to me, i don't wanna do it to a Supra or an RX-7 cause its been done, how many twin turbo Protege's do you see, and don't act like that either "and then we can talk", real nice, you own a Protege too, go get ur Supra and build ur dream car, i'm building mine my way

that has to be the most clever statement i've ever heard EVER

gosh

he has a DREAM...what's wrong with you people...

if everyone who was told that actually paid attention, we would not have such wonders now.
imagine the guy who told the same thing to the dude making the 1100whp supra "It's not worth doing all that s*** to a supra. Get a Lotus or Ferrari and then we can talk"

two gt28rs turbos = waste of money. Actually the entire project is a waste of money (unless you are looking for bragging rights to say "I did it first"). Twin turbos on our motor is anything but practical & reliable....

If you MUST go through with this, you'll want smaller turbos. GT28RS turbos are simply too big. You'll want to go with something smaller than stock

exactly my thoughts on both comments...

definately go with small turbos...

I would think that it would be better to have one small one and one giant one...if you can get the engine block to hold the power. I am not twin turbo savvy though.

but to stay on topic...what i did today for my MSP was secure a sale for a TT, wideband o2 gauge, and carbon fiber APR mirrors...also have a CF vis evo hood arriving by the end of the week. so i am psyched!

you bastard!! I wanted that WBo2. goddammit, (fu). (all in good fun, of course).

I changed my oil is well. It was my second time doing it, and it was much less messy than last time. I also learned that it's probably a good idea to let your engine cool a while before starting. Engine oil can get pretty hot and stays that way for a while...

How did the claybarring go? I'll bet your paint has never looked that good before.

yea, i should have let my car cool to before I did the oil change. I didnt get around to detailing my car since it rained. I was hoping to do it next weekend but I just checked the forecast and suppose to have rain again but its going to be sunny all week when i'm at work(scratch)

I bought some upholstery cleaner .. hoping to clean out the inside tomorrow bfore i go to the laundromat ...

Yea well, you guys have fun. making a twinturbo protege thats gonna run 14's with no traction, and break s*** everyday.Highly unreliable. (burnout)

While with a supra/rx7 you don't even have to build the motor to make sick power. Protege, your gonna have to upgrade EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING.

It's not impossible to do this to a protege, if fact I think it's already been done, TT.....but It's not worth it.

I know I own a protege, And I will build my car my way S.A.MSP, I'll make usable power though. You may feel like keeping your protege forever, I'm selling or trading this b**** in next year buddy.
Really, I'm not trying to be an asshole but it's not worth doing all this work to this car. People have enough traction problems with 1 Turbo, small or big.

i wanna keep it forever, i've said it once and i'll say it again, it's NOT a drag car, it's a daily, btw, i love tire smoke, i'm doing i s*** load of stuff to this car, what i wanna do, but either way, i'm still doing it, no matter what bulls*** comments people throw out at me, it's the internet and it will just pass by me like a strawberry flavored fart
