Have you guys verified that the LCD screen is getting power or not? In the 06 and up 3s the LCD should have a harness that is plugged directly into the back of it supplying power and display info. You can check yourself, it's really easy even for someone who knows nothing about cars or electronics. Here's how to get to it:
1. Open glove box and pop the fake carbon fiber strip thingy off. It has about four retention clips holding it on. Just pop it out in the middle and work your way to the left. Then once those are off come back to the one all the way on right.
2. Above the LCD you can pop off the vent cover, it has either 4 or 6 retention clips... can't remember. Be careful taking it off because there is a wire harness connected to the back of the Hazard light button.
3. After the vent cover is off, you should be able to see behind the LCD. There should be a white plug (wiring harness) behind the LCD. Just make sure that that's plugged in and not loose. If you push it in and it makes a snapping noise then you probably just fixed your LCD.
Again, anyone can do these things and you don't need to disconnect the battery to do any of this. If nothing was loose and the LCD still doesn't display anything just take it to the dealer and get it fixed under warranty. If you don't have a warranty anymore then just order the LCD from the parts department and install it yourself since you know how to get to it now.
