You'd need to buy bushings but this guy has been selling this kartboy shifter/knob combo for a while. Sounds like a damn good deal imo:

If you're not dead-set on Kartboy, I'm getting ready to sell my TWM (newest generation) with all hardware, Greddy counterweighted knob, and even a sticker! It's still in my car right now but it'll be out and officially for sale in about a week. It's only been installed since September (about 1000 miles). Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
