It seemed like only yesterday, and yet, I first signed on here Jan 9th. Almost 7,000 miles later, and what a really great time! Everyone here is really cool. Sure! We all have our indifferences. We sometimes exchange words we don't really mean; and we know that. So what. That's what makes the world the way it is - so very interesting. But; we share a very strong common interest. A Protege.

I don't care if it's a Protege LX, ES, P5, MP3, or MAZDASPEED - they are all 'just' Proteges, and thank God for that! We all love our Proteges. (k) No matter what the degree of modification paths we choose; we love our cars. That's what matters.

Yeah! This little Forum can be a bit addicting. Ha! (chair) But; it beats drugs, and it's legal. Note; I said nothing about beer. This forum, along with a good beer, is a great combination!

That's really all, I had to say. You guys, and girls are wonderful! Let's keep posting, exchanging thoughts, sharing ideas, and generally just keep having a great time!

Alex: I have quite a few 1:43s in my collection. I collect mostly Formula 1, Andretti, Shelby Cobras, Vintage Sports Car, Indy Car. Very few cars in my collection are normal street cars, though I do have some nice 1:43 Lamborghinis.
