wiring harness for passenger side marker?

Purchased the car early this year. Noticed that my side marker lights dont light up. Funny how you dont spot the little things. I took both sides off and saw that the harness was unplugged on both. I reconnected the drivers side. It was an easy find with a flashlight and some poking around. It worked. Went to the other side and without taking the fender liner off, i dont see the harness. Before i do, does anyone know where it comes from? Does the harness originate from the door jamb area or along the bottom of the fender? All i see when looking down there is a bunch of leaves at the bottom. Cant seem to find the harness that connects to the passenger side marker.......

I'm not 100% sure but I think it branches from the headlight harness and runs inside the fender.....should be light green/black wire and black wire....I would just take the fender liner out, it's not a big job to do

When i was adding washer fluid i noticed this plug

It isn't connected to anything and looks like it originates from the headlights?

nope thats not it, but what about that black and blk/green wire in the upper left side?

Will check that soon. Did my front sway bushings this morning and was gonna take the fender liner out as well, but was pressed for time.
