winter tire &wheel size

i have a set of blizzacks 185/65/14 from my mx-3 only one season on these tires . do anybody know if these will fit the p5 if i get a set of steel rims to match?

/iRwould have to say that they will fit... sinoce they are a lot smaller than our stock tires... this size may make your car a little bit lower though i think, just in case you are worried about clearance in the winter time.

If you decide not to go with them, i would suggest 195/60 ona 15 rim. This will give our cars a bit more height than stock. (1/2 inch or so)

Yes 185-65-14 is exactly the size you need in 14" to replace our 16" OEM tires/rims. You may not be able to find 5 lugs 14" wheels at WalMart, I was told they are only available from Mazda dealers.

185-65-14 won't make the car lower, but handling is very different since the wall is much higher, but this is perfect for winter driving, I have one winter experience with this tire size and I'm satisfied (but man does the car look bad...).

when i go to walmart or canadian tire what size 14 wheel do i look for is it 14*100 whyat is the lug size?

I would be surprised if you could find 14" wheels at Walmart or Canadian Tire because our cars have 5 bolts.

I think what you need is 5 x 114.5, better ask your dealer. I paid $45 each for mine at my dealer.
