white stuff on hoses

ok here is the deal, the bpv hose and radiator hose its white on just the side that faces the turbo.also i beleive its the oil line that goes into the turbo the metal end is all blueish purple looking.and i think the turbo sounds alittle funny.im not an expert on a turbo sound but it doesnt sound right.does this make any sence to any1?i only have a mbc and the fpr from joe p.9 psi boost also.im gonna take it to the dealer as soon as i get the mbc and fpr off and back to stock but was checking to see if anyelse has this problem...thank!

Wait, you are going to have about 10 people telling you this weird noise never heard before on the MSp until now and never heard it on any other mass produced automobile before tell you that it's normal. Just tell Mazda the turbo is making a noise that isn't normal, snatch all the aftermarket stuff off your car. You should be good to go. Don't forget to report back with your findings and experience.
