Those are the J-spec tails. You can get them here.

I would like to get a hold of that rear wing and bumper cover. I think this is a 323 from Europe, same tails as the J-Spec though.

Holy Crap! I found them, I did a search fro the name on the license plate of that car. Its in German though. Check here. Maybe you guys already know this site. I am fairly new here.
