What to do with my stock HU and speakers....

I recently purchased a new sound sytstem for my P5, and I am not sure what to do with my stock HU and speakers. Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, I've seen stock HU's going for like $20-$40 on e-bay, that would be your best bet. Unless you have the in dash changer, then I'm sure some ppl here would be interested.

take the stock components and find a good box....wrap them up...save them....if/when you decide to sell/trade-in the car.....take out all the new goodies and reinstall the stock stuff.

you won't get any more for your car with an aftermarket stereo in it than the stocker.

How much do you think i can get for the stock HU with the 5 disc in dash changer?? I used mine for only 3 days before getting my system, its sitting in my closet like brand new.

Isn't it a 6 disk changer? I might be interested. How easy is it to slap in the changer?

I am currently in the hospital so i can't look at the HU, but yes i think it is a 6 disc. The only reason i got it is because it was the only Yellow P5 they had at the time, i really don't think it was worth the $500 i paid for it lol. It is very easy to install, it basically plugs right in if you are putting it in a P5. Make me an offer if interested.
