I think restrooms should start tracking who washes their hands and have an alarm go off when someone exits without washing. It'd embarass people into compliance

Well if you are in a bathroom only used by Marines that might be a good rule to stand by. However, unless you don't flush (which is gross) you are going to have someone else's urine on your hands before you leave the restroom.

A Kid back in HS , used to say that he would wash his hands BEFORE taking a piss because he didn't want to touch his package with a dirty hand. His logic being most men spend the most time washing their package and its the least exposed part of our body when we are clothed, so why introduce nast hands to it hehe.

thats why I'm glad I have long legs. always use my feet to flush. But nowadays I dont even have to do that cause the majority of the places I go to have the motion sensor ones
