Hey guys I'm just wondering if I can use a turbo from a jetta for the mp3 when i get kit together thanks

Why would you use one that small? Just use the msp turbo like everybody else

you can use any turbo you want. find a turbo mani with the same flange, make it work. tuning will be up to you, cant use a mazdaspeed ecu(well, i wouldnt recommend it). lol it will spool instantly, but to answer your question this isnt commonly done so you will be pretty much on your own for advice. but yea, if your crazy enough you can use a caterpillar turbo.

I bought a msp ecu I'm gonna go,with my buddy turbo of his Sr how is the obx manifold are they good?

I don't think obx makes a manifold for our cars if so post I link I'd like to see it.

Looks really restrictive to me...
Also says it fits 99-03 p5 but the fsde didn't come out till 01 which is really odd. I'm sure it will work but you can always find a calloway for cheap

Also it's for a t3/t4 so you would have to get an adapter

A lot of the na guys use the header but idk about anybody runing an obx for turbo.

Check out the for sale section you might even be able to find a steed speed for cheap

Ok cool have you heard of Sr motorsports they have a manifold also for a good price
