Hey guys posting in here because I need a quick answer. Just got a turbo 323 but the bpv is bad and I have a bov laying around. Do I need to do anything special to change it from a bpv to bov setup? I'm assuming just block of the nipple on the cold pipe and replace the bpv with the bov and the adapter

If the old 323 turbos are anything like the Protege, you'll need to recirculate the BOV or move the MAF to the cold pipe in order to keep it from stalling. But that advice is strictly based off the Protege FS-DE setup, I have no idea if your 323 would require the same setup..

I'm pretty sure it's the same setup except it uses a vaf instead of a maf. But I figured I would have to relocate it glad I asked

I used to own an 88 323GT... it needs to be re-circulated because of the air flow meter.

Ya I'm trying to get it to run right for now. I just love the sound of a bov but I'll deal with it for now
