Alright about a month ago I had my eibach
springs and tokico installed from SPD now known as PureSport my car was riding fine and dandy but then 2 weeks later when i got my alignment for all 4 wheel and also got my rear pads replace on a so-so shop down here, my car started bouncing like crazy feels like all struts got blown or something do you think the so-so shop didn't adjust my struts right because prior to getting the alignment my car wasn't bouncing that harsh compare to now.Is this normaL does the tokico blue wear out after a month any input would help or advice thanks

the blues have a lifetime warranty. but in the paperwork it says you can't lower your car more than 1.5" or something like that. but i'm sure you can get some new ones.

SO DO I JUST CONTACT THEM OR FIND OUT THE CULPRIT?

i mean there is no way for them to know that my car was that low anyway so do I just contact the people I bought my struts from or contact tokico I do have the receipt from paypal still will that work?

ive had my blues in for 2 years, over lots of potholes. sounds strange to be blown so early, but hey it could be a defect or maybe the shop screwed em up.

i would imagine that you would have to take up the warranty with tociko . check out their website and see what customer support says.

Well my car has eibach and when i had my oem it the ride comfort was way better than it is now but here is what tokico says if any one can help get the warranty 'll appreciate it I really don't know what this means I bought the tokico form an authorized dealer on this forum from "racing extreme" i hope they can help me out

" To make a claim under this warranty, return the defective or worn-out unit, with a photocopy of your invoice, to any dealer participating in TOKICO's warranty program or, alternatively, directly to TOKICO for verification of warranty coverage and exchange for a new unit"
