Timing belt question

I replaced the timing belt/both tensioners and it starts up fine(first time), drives fine but tends to bogged down at 4.5+. Dont remember it doing that before but the weather did change a bit, could it mess with the tune? I havent gotten the time to datalog yet but was curious if this was caused by timing? (maybe a tooth off) BTW - revs fine to 6500 no bogs.

If it was a tooth off it would idle and run like s*** constantly. Weather will effect a tune my 323 runs like s*** when it's above 90

Edit- there is no need to run the car past 6500 rpms even when racing. It's not healthy for the car and has no power there anyway

Thanks for the response, I rarely wot this car and never past 6500. My other cars after timing if it idles fine I usually rev it to see if it bogs down or see if theres odd noise. New clutch is in, will let you guys know after a few weeks when datalogged.
