TiLms car from NOPI 2003, 1st place mild

I dont like the cavi's either but Mull's really looks good with the silvia lights. The rest of the car tho, imho, is too overdone.

This is the setup James finally got to use at the Chicago HIN event -- he is adding some more light to hightlight the engine more .. but you get the point. I think its one of the better displays ive seen so far.

I always thought how funny a cougar and other domestic vehicles can even compete in an event called HIN.

Hence the problem with point systems. It doesnt matter how good it looks, its how much s*** you can put together in a car.

There is no way judging can be done in a objective matter, that is what this show promote, one lip=1pt, then 2 lips=2 points.

Well if I get 1 point for 2 racing seats, I will then get 2 points for ugly seats that dont fit on the rear.

How can a nasty sub box with glue showing on the corners score more than a clean trunk with NO2 bottle. Because in ICE he will get points. No matter how nasty it looks.

A molded kit done by a high schooler with drips and cracks, gets 2 points where a factory skirt kit gets 0 or 1.

It has been well documented that I do shows, and hate most of them anyway, but I go to try and get exposure for mags, thats it.

SOrry for my ramblings, it gets me upset just thinking of it. ANd I have a garage full of trophies.
