but i was wondering what you guys used for all season floor mats. I was looking online and thought the V-racing mats were pretty tight but then again, they are the only stylish mats so far I could find on the internet. Please post pictures or company names to what you are using. Thanks.

I'm not going to use my MSP in the winter, but I am concerned about ruining my nice MazdaSpeed floormats. I picked up a couple of vinyl cheapo mats (back seat size) at Walmart for $1 a piece. I have one on the driver's side as a heel pad (cause your heels will grind dirt into the mats until they are shot) and one on the passenger side in hopes that people will stay on it. I should insist that people remove their shoes before getting in. :)

i got a really nice set of weathertech. you may have to trim off some for the rear mats ( they have "pre trim" spots to trim off ) they fit nicely and hold a hell of a lot of water, mud, snow... anything that might spill... etc.
and they dont look bad either. however i work at a mazda dealer, so in a little while i will walk back to parts and check on " mazdaspeed " all weather mats and post a reply with part number if available.

Got a set of 4 universal pads( 2 large rectangualr ones for the front seats, 2 smaller square ones for the back) from Sam's Club @ 19.95 for them. They're tough durable plastic and if you purchased them from walmart, the front 2 alone costs you 20 bucks. They ain't the prettiest, but they get a good whipping so I went with the cheapest i can get, since I'm just gonna keep replacing them. They don't slide around and have a elevated wall around the outside to trap water, snow, mud, and whatever junk your shoes would bring in. Easy to clean since it's plastic, you can hose it down.

I retired my mazdaspeed mats(the front 2) to preserve their pristine look and will only use them to show off the car. Will replace the back 2 once october comes around. plus no one rides in the back anyway.

good idea on the floor mats being replaced and kept pristine.. Maybe i need to stop by sams and just get some plastic ones....
