The spicy orange just wasn't quite gaudy enough...

...so I did this! It's cool because this makes the car even MORE unique than it already is! And it's funny as hell when people come up to you and say "well....I've never seen anything like that."

Let me know what ya'll think -- I'm pretty sure I'm going to sell these babies. You CANNOT buy them like this anymore, so I'm pretty sure I'm the only 'Speed in the world with this setup.

(lol)
Yup, I expected a few people would say "rice." But hey, I don't consider it "rice" because there is NOBODY else that can do this to their 'Speed. You can't get the Scorchers made in that pattern of colors anymore, and it fits so perfect with the car.

But all in all, I still like the OEM tires better. Got these used at a good price, so I think I'm going to try selling them.

they made the scorchers like that? didnt even know...i dont know, it goes a little beyond my taste, whatever...you're not going to even keep them anyway, but hey, certainly interesting.

Yup, back when Scorchers first came out you could custom order them in 3 different colors of your choice. Now they only come in like blue, red, or yellow I believe -- and you can't mix the colors either.

too bad they don't grip for crap in the rain.
but it's not bad.

Yeah, I never tried them in the rain. I would imagine they're not quite as good as a "regular" tire in the rain, but they'll be "good enough" I'm sure. It's all worth it though when you get some old guy to come up to you all confused and stuff because he can't figure out what they are, since he's never seen orange rubber before.
