How is the vibration?

Rear mount, yes. Vibration isn't as bad as some I have had (I think the full urethane mount I had before was much more harsh). If you have an AP you can raise the idle 500RPM and you won't feel any vibration at idle (that's what I did). But it's not really bad at all.

Is it the street or aggressive mount?

I honestly don't know...from my own experience I would assume "street"...it definitely didn't seem "aggressive" to me. The insert is still rubber, if that helps. Not sure if the "aggressive" mount would have a urethayne insert or not.
