I deleted it because Antoine got pissed off. I thought deleting it would be a GOOD thing. (Sorry, it seems I'm f-ing up left and right)

Thanks a lot". andy went back, saw that something had happened to the site and deleted the link to it. When he deleted the link, I deleted my reply.
I never accused andy of anything.
The only reason I deleted my reply is because I quoted andy when he put up the link, so the link was still around even after he deleted his post.

ohh I remember that thread. I thought it was funny as hell. Millions of windows, I sent that link to my boss. I guess people that didn't know what to do would have a bad time. I think Antoine would agree our mods have carte blanche when it comes to deleting any thread which is obviously spam... but please PM him or me before you take it any further, ie, deleting or deactivating someone's account.

I honestly feel that the guy (whether he did it or someone else) had the link sent to him, thought it was funny and wanted to share it with us. I don't think he knew there was a virus there (if there was, I clicked it and didn't get anything). I can see how someone would think that might be funny, just like the links to a picture that tells you to stare at it, then then pops up a freaky pic and screams or something. Not everyone thinks it is funny, but some do. I think he was just trying to share that with us without really thinking of/knowing the consequences.
On the other hand, if it was malicious- off with his testicles!!!!
I did lose some work I was doing on my site, but I didn't want to make a big deal about it because I thought it was an honest thing.
