SRI - one more stupid question...

Hi everyone,

I have searched a bit on different threads and not come up with an answer...

So here we go - some more stupid questions :

Has anyone installed a SRI on a M5? (No not a cold air intake ->> a Short Ram Intake)
Have you done any other mods at the same time?
Other than sound, what other differences have you noticed with the SRI installed?

I cut an cold air intake tube to shorten the length. The first thing I noticed was the lack of low end torque.

Do you have photos of the mod? Did you keep of go back to stock?(drive)

I use the SRI config of my K&N CAI/SRI kit during cold months. Seems to be fine.
