Rim opinion please

I have a chance to get some rims from a friend of mine and it would be nice to see what others have to say. I am not experienced at photoshop so dont laugh. What do you think of the rims on a silver P5? They are 17x7 with a 45offset. The car is on Eibach springs and I hope they will not rub.
