removing front grill? anyone have a how to?

Couldn't find anything in the search...

Let my wife pull it into the garage the other night and she bumped the shelving and it punched a hole into the upper plastic part on the front grill. I just need to know how to remove it so I can replace it.

Hmmmm... Seems to just snap in there. I have gotten the bottom snaps undone, but I can't get to the ones at the top. There is that circle thing that you can pop out with a flathead, but doesnt really give me any access to the middle.

Does the bumper need to come off for this?

dealership says you have to remove the front bumper.
