does anyone know how to get the protege5 emblem off the back of the car without peeling off the paint? ive never taken an emblem off of a car and was wondering if there is right method of doing it.
Heat gun (if you have one). Hair dryer works but it will take longer. Then use floss or fishing line and slide it between the car and the emblem. There are holes in the body where the emblem goes. What are you planning on doing w/ them?

dude...if you took off your emblems and there were no holes behind them for the alignment pegs on the emblems......count yourself lucky....seems that someone that was making the hatch on your P5 forgot to punch them.....for we have NEVER seen a P5 that didn't have two holes in each side for the MAZDA emblem...and two holes for the PROTEGE5 emblem.....
