rear strut suspension

ok i know this is an old topic but it just started to happen to me and its pretty damn annoying. there are mad weird noisys comin from the back of my car and i cant take it nemore. i know its the stuts or whatever but how do i get mazda to address the problem??

Ithappened to my Mp3 too.Itook it back three timesuntil they finally figured out it was the rear bushings that were bad and I only had 3000 miles on my car. They said that when a technician drove it he never heard anything. So I waited until it got really bad and them tok it back. It sucks to wait but thats the only way it got their attention. My car still makes a noise when I drive oner a speed bump in the winter. The front end screaches, but only when it's cold out. Hope I helped you out.

There IS a TSB (technical Service Bulletin) out for this on our cars. Its the bushings in the rear. They need to be replaced. If you do a search for Clunk or Thunk or something, you should find all the info you need, including part number to bring to the dealership. Agree its very annoying and definetly :bs: that the dealership/Mazda isn't a bit more diligent in trying to fix it when they know its there/very easy to find out what is wrong with a little research.

I don't understand why dealerships don't believe thier customers...Why would anyone go through the hassle of bringing their car in if there wasn't anything wrong? It baffles me...:bs:
