Rear Door Panel Removal

Hey guys, quick question...

I just got a 2003 Mazda Protege LX. I currently have two 6 X 8 speakers in my front doors, and two 6 X 9 speakers on the back deck, but it looks like I have a space for some 6.5's in my rear doors. Does anyone know if that is true? And if so, how to I get the door panel off? I cant figure out the armrest of the door. Seems like it has to come out but it doesn't ever budge. I am don't want to break anything already...
