HI everybody. A few days ago my car broke the rear diff base. This is the second one and I want to buy a new one, but better than the stock one. So what would you recommend me. Which is the best?

Thanks

Base? Do you mean the rear diff front mount or the rear mount? The cp-e front diff mount is beefy so is the new SURE mount. Personally I have the cp-e mount that I haven't installed yet.

I bought a few minutes ago the SURE and in their page said that the install time is 3 hours. Do I have to take out the differential or can I put the part without taking all that?

I havent heard of anyone not being able to drop the driveshaft. You aren't really taking the diff out, as so much as letting it freefall to gain more room. From what I have read it's still a tight fit.

It will take all of three hours. There was enough coming apart in the back that I did a few things at once to avoid having to tear into it again. I did the rear mount, front mount and rear bar all at once. All together it took me about six hours.

I also replaced both mounts at same time, was very hard to do even with a lift and trans jack to hold the diff. Almost worth paying someone to do it......

I pay someone to do it because the car wasnt in my house and it works ok until today that the rear axle broke out in two parts :(. Probably it was deflected
