Rear Bumper Guard/Step Plate coming off

I have a 2010 Mazda 5 and installed with the Rear Bumper Guard/Step plate

For some reason, the right 1/5 of it is peeling off. What should I do other than getting a new one, Is there something I can use to attached it back and stop the continuing peeling? thanks

Double sided trim tape from the autoparts store is made for this, and is what the factory unit uses.

Did it come with the car, a dealer-add, or did you install? If it came on car, it is covered under your warranty, you can let Mazda fix it if you like.

We followed all the instruction on installation and had to add another piece of two sided tape to the right side.

Mine was dealer installed and started to peel up. I got double sided tape from Auto Zone and reattached it. I cleaned the bumper first with alcohol to make sure it would stick this time.
