Radio now stays on for 45 second after ignition is shut off

Radio used to turn right off now it stays on a little while
it just started to happen.

I can open the door the radio still plays then shutsdown.

anyone else have this issue?

This usually occurs if you have a 12VDC-110VAC power inverter plugged in.

Do you have a power inverter plugged in one of the 12Volt ports?(detect)

^+1 this happens because power is somewhat stored on the inverter and trickles back and powers the car for a few sec. usually if the diode in the inverter unit is gone.

That'd have to be a pretty hefty power inverter with some substantial capacitors!

Yes i had a power inverter plugged in and my wife figured it out. You guys were right.
