So I acquired a 03.5 msp and I took the front mount and piping off of it and put it on my 03 msp I also had to swap the radiator due to the 03s having the side mount. So after installing the intercooler and new fans it seems fine at idle not getting hot at all but if I drive for approx a mile it gets warm I'm thinking the radiator installed is off of a n/a protege and it is clearly thinner but it is longer. What should I do about this problem replace the radiator with a thicker one? If so any suggestions on where to buy one? Please help she is my daily driver and I need her back thanks!

try mishimoto or ron davis for after market replacements. If you have installed the sedan radiator then it has less capacity than the thicker MSP radiator and more prone to heat soak. You can always run your stock radiator with the Sidemount or maybe try a lower temp thermostat.
