hey hey i am new to this post...so yea...dont know if this is place in the correct section...but anyways...
does anyone know which brand and wut type of radar detectors are good around 150-200 dollars

Do a search in here and the off topic forum.
The Valentine to Escord thread has been done everal times now.

I would reccomand spending the extra $100 for the escort 8500 so that you can upgrade to lazer jamming and hard wire the radar detector.
But if you can't the Solo 2 has some nice features
