Protege REALLY loud when driving

bad audio but from what I can tell it sounds like your wheel bearing is done, and as loud as it appears to be could lock up soon. On an open street of road make swerve left and right if it goes away or gets worse as you turn it's a wheel bearing. They're not fun when they lock up especially if your on a highway. Get it checke out ASAP for your safety and others

got it done today sounds alot better I also had to get the hub done cause mine was burnt ..paid $280 including labour do you think thats a decent price?

I paid around the same for mine... Twice, within a month of getting the first one replaced. Damn curb came out of no where.

hey guys, i just grabbed a Protege the other day for my lady and it sounds like the bearings are bad on it while driving. I can head the womwomwomwom while driving. Could be bearing or something else?

If its rotational its probly the bearings, they're old and should be replaced anyway
