eh so i got bored tonight and decided to photoshop what i'd like my car to look like real quick (10 min quick so i havent perfected it like id like to yet fully). just did pretty basic drop, tinted the windows and got the stock wheels black, tintend the tails and the side markers too. i think the wheels came out too matte looking. ill fix it soon but until then i guess enjoy...

and left the white outline on top of the car.. understandable though, that background is hard to work with.

That's definitely a lower drop than you can get from the Eibach Prokit for the V6

lol i just lowered it a bit. i plan on getting a diff picture and working with it a little more. like i said 10 minutes got me there. we'll see how it comes when i get a little more time. and yeah not looking for a drop that low, just thought it looked good right now.

yeah i was actually just browsing thru cardomain a bit ago and saw this...can't wait to have it somewhat like that (minus decals and lips)

i think it looks good with black wheels but IMHO, at least on my car, when my wheels were dirty with road grime and brake dust, i thought about making my wheels an anthracite/gray color. anyone know if that's possible?

dupli color puts out some really nice wheel paint, comes in silver, bronze, gunmetal and flat black. i plan on getting mine powdercoated from a guy thats somewhat local to me. pretty cheap too, 200 for all 4. im not sure about the gunmetal type of color youre tlaking about. it'd match the car too much imo.

anthracite/gray would match your car too much...i was thinking more for my car.

next time take two pics - one with your car and one with out. it will make composing the background of your final image easier. also you can apply the difference layer to one of the two images to make a quick selection of just the car. o yeah and be sure to prop the camera up on something to keep the same camera point. this is all of course useless if you don't have the time.
