Petition to make Mazda fix our cars!!!

3. Too much body roll: Firmer rear sway bar needed, reduced ride height

7. Exhaust note: If I'm buying a performance car, I want to hear it sing

I have to disagree on some of this. I don't want too harsh a ride, or one the neighbors are going to hear every time I come down the street.

I don't mind the factory height either, since it is meant to give a certain amount of clearance to keep people from bottoming out (and some older people from ramming the curbs/parking bumps.) There's been plenty of times I've sweated the former (is it me or is construction getting worse?)

I didn't mean slammed when I stated reducing the ride height. It feels as though the car rides above it's roll center and has a latent response to lateral inputs. Maybe another inch would have been perfect but I believe Mazda may have had he same concerns you did regarding ground clearance on the already low front splitter and AWD drivetrain.

As for the exhaust note, again not a ricey loud one. I just wish at higher RPM's there was more to listen to. Maybe the intake tract needs to be tuned as well. The Honda S2000 has one of the best sounding intakes ever made.

Wouldn't the clutch TSB answer the concern of the too harsh of a clutch pedal?

A Short Shifter will solve the shifting issue too
