painting tail lights

Hi, i saw the other thread about painting the light of the mazda3. I personally find it very very nice and it add something special to the 3. I would like to know how you paint the tail light (if someone can gives me a clear description) (help)

well, no ones really sure yet. i only thought about how it would look and if anyone else has done it to their 3
